Join us for a hands-on evening with Phineas Harper exploring the world of kinetic art, where movement, balance and design come together in motion. You'll learn the principles behind kinetic structures and craft your own kinetic mobile to take home. Whether you're a designer, a maker or simply curious about the art of motion, this session is a chance to create, experiment and play with balance and form. Join us for a relaxed and creative evening designed to give you the chance to unwind, switch off, create and regenerate in an inspiring setting. Join us for a Macmillan Coffee Morning, hosted in collaboration with Nespresso. This year, Kronospan Design Center is proud to take part in Macmillan’s Coffee Morning, raising vital funds to support people living with cancer. Stop by the Design Center and enjoy delicious Nespresso coffee and pastries while helping us raise money for a great cause. Every donation, big or small, can make a difference. Funds raised through Coffee Mornings help Macmillan provide essential support to people living with cancer: from funding specialist nurses and providing trusted cancer information, to answering calls on the Macmillan Support Line. Come along, grab a coffee, enjoy a pastry and help us do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer. Join us for a private view and guided tour of Studio Sahil’s Transforming Glass with Sand, part of the London Design Festival 2026. The exhibition brings together eight years of research exploring glass, its origins, histories and relationship with natural materials. Studio Sahil, founded by Rezzan Hasoglu, is an award-winning London design studio exploring craft, intangible cultural heritage and material innovation. The exhibition presents hand-blown glass infused with sands sourced from locations including Iceland, Dubai and Türkiye. Each piece captures a unique geography, with heat and transformation creating distinctive patterns, textures and forms. Discover how sand, glass and human intervention come together to create one-of-a-kind works.
