Yoga with Tinelie is a gentle yet energising morning session designed to help you wake up your body, focus your mind, and set a positive tone for the rest of your day. Join us every Wednesday at 8:30 AM at the Kronospan Design Center- a serene space that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Our first session begins on 12 November, with the next one following on 19 November. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, each class offers a balanced flow of movement and mindfulness to leave you refreshed and relaxed.
