About this event

Reinterpret Gaudí’s architecture through collage. For this workshop, Mariana and Ale, the founders of Musas, a creative haven where you can explore your creativity through collage, will join us. Musas offers a creative experience inspired by the architecture of Antoni Gaudí. Using a pre-printed template inspired by architectural elements such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, and other iconic works, participants will create a unique and personal collage. Materials are included. During the workshop, brief insights will be shared on Gaudí’s work, the history of collage as an artistic language, and various visual composition techniques to guide the creative process. This event is aimed at architects, interior designers, and professionals in the contract sector. Attendance is free, but space is limited, so please register to secure your spot. As Kronospan Design Center Istanbul, we are delighted to organize a special event aimed at raising awareness about Occupational Health and Safety within the architecture and interior design sectors. The event will bring together architects, interior designers, and industry professionals. Participants may choose the date that suits them best to attend the program, which will be held on July 13 and 14 featuring the same concept and content. As part of the program, participants will attend a Kronospan presentation, gain insights into current Occupational Health and Safety practices, explore the Design Center, and enjoy a creative experience in the “Design Your Own Hard Hat” workshop. We would be delighted to welcome you to this event, which combines innovative materials, a culture of workplace safety, and design. We invite you to the second demonstration session, “From Concept to Image: Visual AI Applied to Architecture and Interior Design”, where we will see, through practical examples, how to generate photorealistic images from scratch. We will explore how visual AI is transforming creative processes in architecture and interior design through real-world use cases and practical demonstrations: • Generating photorealistic images from scratch. • Editing specific areas of a space whilst maintaining visual consistency. • Working from sketches or plans. • Testing different materials, furniture and lighting options. • Integrating these tools into the actual workflow of architects and interior designers. • Refreshments and networking at the end. In partnership with Fagerhult, we’re hosting a special “Pecha Kucha” style evening with Henrik Clausen, Head of Research. We would be delighted if you could join us as we bring together experts in the world of illumination and viticulture for an evening of exploration. Segmented into 3 sections, HENRIK CLAUSEN, Fagerhult’s Director Research & Education, dives into the latest insights of Circadian Lighting, principles and processes and how to measure and evaluate the circadian effectiveness of a light source before concluding with a real-life example of how to calculate the optimum light levels for different applications. About this event

Color changes perceptions, defines spaces and influences the way we experience design. At the Bucharest Design Festival, we open the doors of a new event in the #DesignYour series: Design Your Color - an experience dedicated to the relationship between color, material and light. Through the Color by Kronospan collection, we explore how decorative furniture tiles can transform the atmosphere of a space, along with the chromatic universe proposed by Little Greene, a premium British brand recognized for the depth and authenticity of its colors. Together with Lyset Lighting, we will also discover how light influences the perception of color, texture and emotion of an interior. On this occasion, the façade of the Kronospan Design Center transforms into a spectacular mural of over 10 linear meters, a visual intervention dedicated to color, creativity and freedom of expression in design. We invite architects, designers, creatives, and the entire KDC community to join us for an evening where we celebrate inspiration, materials, the dialogue between light and color, and the power of design to transform spaces into experiences.
